Pricing questions
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes — you can move to a higher plan at any time from the admin panel, and the change takes effect immediately through Stripe. You can also cancel: your store keeps its plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe’s secure checkout. All amounts are processed in cents of the applicable currency.
Do the prices include VAT?
No — plan prices are shown excluding indirect taxes. VAT (or the tax that applies in your jurisdiction) is calculated and itemized automatically at checkout. And if you sell from Spain, AEAT-compliant VERI*FACTU invoicing is part of every plan — not a paid add-on.
Is creating an account free? Will there be a free trial?
Registering and exploring the platform costs nothing — you only pay when you launch a store on a plan. A separate time-limited free trial is not decided yet; if we add one, we will announce it before launch.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge automatically. After the retries there is a 14-day grace period; only then is the account suspended for changes — your public store stays online, and paying reactivates everything immediately.
When will prices be published and sign-ups open?
InAI Shop is in pre-launch: public prices and sign-ups open together. The plan structure you see here is the real one — leave your email in the form above and we will let you know the moment the doors open.
What exactly does each plan include — and what if I hit a limit?
The comparison table above is the complete list: every line maps to a feature that exists today. If you reach a limit of your plan (say 500 products on Starter), nothing breaks and there are no surprise overage charges — the platform simply asks you to upgrade before adding more.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. The platform includes a migration importer for PrestaShop (1.6, 1.7 and 8), WooCommerce and Shopify exports: your data is imported into an isolated dry-run copy you can review, and your store is only switched over when you promote it — with rollback available.
